120°C Polyvinylformal (PVF) Single strand Enamel continuously transposed conductor is one of CTC used for transmission transformer or substation transformer, which is made of single Polyvinylformal (PVF) enameled wire.
Detail requirements
Short circuit of elementary conductors is not allowed
Enamel: 120°C Polyvinylformal (PVF) Epoxy coated elementary conductors must be bonded together when subjected to a temperature of 120°C
The enamel coating of the main layer should not have cracks and breaks up to the core
The breakdown voltage of an elementary conductor in the initial state must be at least 2000V.

Paper: thermally upgraded with density >0.95 g/cm3
Conductivity: 58.0 mS/m
