providing a circular conductor with a diameter d; passing the conductor through a longitudinal calendaring roller gap to perform upper and lower longitudinal calendaring, so as to form a conductor having flat upper and lower surfaces, the longitudinal calendaring roller gap L1 being 0.886d to 0.911d; performing longitudinal and transversal alignment on the conductor; passing the conductor through a transversal calendaring roller gap to perform left and right transversal calendaring, so as to form a conductor having flat left and right surfaces, the transversal calendaring roller gap L2 being 0.886d to 0.911d; and performing longitudinal and transversal alignment on the conductor.
