The aluminum paper covered wire comprises an aluminum core, a first paper covered layer, a second paper covered layer and a third paper covered layer, wherein the first paper covered layer is lapped outside the aluminum core, the second paper covered layer is lapped outside the first paper covered layer, and the third paper covered layer is lapped outside the second paper covered layer.
According to the aluminum paper covered wire provided by the technology of manufacturing process, the winding gap is narrowed, so that raw materials are saved by 3%-4%, the cost is lowered, and meanwhile, the insulation safety of the aluminum paper covered wire is improved, so that the insulation of a wound transformer is improved greatly.
