Enamel copper wire for motor winding european
Enamel copper wire for motor winding european is a Copper (Cu) wire coated with a very thin layer of insulation. Copper is the standardly used conductor material for enameled wire with excellent conductivity and very good winding ability. Electromagnetic wire for motor: The enamel coated copper wires for motors mainly use QZ, QZY, QA and Q (ZY/XY). It has good abrasion and solvent resistance and is able to work in extreme conditions with extreme resistance to very high and very low temperatures.

Motor winding refers to the process of creating coils of wire in an electric motor to generate magnetic fields. Electric motors work on the principle of electromagnetism, where the interaction between magnetic fields and electric current causes the motor to produce mechanical motion. Motor winding plays a crucial role in this process.
There are two primary types of motor windings:
Stator Winding: The stator is the stationary part of the motor that contains the coils of wire. These coils are wound around the stator poles and are typically made of copper or aluminum. When an electric current flows through the stator winding, it creates a magnetic field that interacts with the rotor's magnetic field (in case of induction motors) or the permanent magnets (in case of synchronous motors) to generate rotational motion.
Rotor Winding: In some types of motors, like wound rotor induction motors, the rotor contains windings. These windings are connected to external resistors, allowing for better control of the motor's speed and torque characteristics.
