Special photocuring waterproof coating for enameled wire
Raw material ratio
The waterproof coating of enameled wire paint is composed of the following components in weight percentage: polyurethane modified acrylate photosensitive resin 20-45%, polyurethane resin 20-60%, waterproof fluorocarbon functional diluent 14-30%, photosensitive crosslinking agent 5-10% % diluent and 1-5% photoinitiator. The light-curing waterproof coating is prepared by mixing and pre-polymerizing the components at 20-25°C.

(3) slowly add light-initiated dose under stirring, stir even sealing and obtain photo-cured coating.
Preferably, described preparation method carries out at 20-25 DEG C.
